In short: I collect only what is needed to reply to you, I do not sell your data or share it with any marketing party, and I will never ask you for a password or for banking details.
1 What data is collected
You are not asked to register in order to read any lesson or article on this site. The only data I receive is what you type yourself into the contact form:
- First name and last name.
- Email address and mobile number.
- Company or organisation name.
- Reason for the request, its subject and its text.
- Any attachments you choose to upload.
2 Why it is collected and how it is used
This data is used for one purpose only: to read your request and reply to it, and to keep the context of the correspondence if the matter needs follow-up. It is not used in marketing campaigns and is not added to any mailing list without your asking.
3 Attachments
The form allows up to four attachments, each no larger than 64 MB. Attachments are stored in the site’s space with the hosting provider, and only I have access to them.
Please note
Do not attach documents containing highly sensitive data — such as ID images, banking details or passwords — unless it is genuinely necessary for your request. If it is necessary, redact whatever is not needed before sending.
4 Sharing data with others
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes. The only exception is the technical service providers on which the site runs — such as hosting and the email delivery service — who access it purely as part of operating the site. It may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.
5 Retention period
Your message and its attachments are kept for as long as the reply and any follow-up require, then deleted once they are no longer needed. You may ask at any time for your message and attachments to be deleted, and that request will be honoured.
6 Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Simple analytics may be used to know the number of visits and which lessons are read most, in aggregate form that does not identify you personally. Your browser may also store your language preference — on your device only.
7 Your rights
- To know what data of yours I hold.
- To ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate.
- To ask for it to be deleted.
- To withdraw your consent to its use at any time.

8 Use of the site’s content
The lessons and articles are available for reading and for personal and educational use. If you quote from them, please cite the source. Republishing the content in full, selling it, or attributing it to anyone other than its author is not permitted without written consent.

What is published here is educational content intended to build understanding. Laws and standards change — please check the last-reviewed date shown at the foot of each lesson.
10 Changes to this policy
This page may be updated whenever the way the site works changes, and the date of the last update appears below. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the version shown.
